Welcome to Evulto ("Evulto", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Evulto is an AI-assisted fitness coaching app. The five coaches are original, fictional AI characters — they are not, and do not represent, any real person, athlete, or public figure. Coaching, form guidance, and nutrition suggestions are for general fitness purposes only.
Evulto does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or clinical advice. Form detection is a guide, not a diagnosis. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Stop and seek help if you feel pain or distress. You train at your own risk.
Joining the waitlist is free and grants no paid entitlement. The founding Vanguard pass is a one-time $1.99 purchase, limited to the first 500 buyers, processed by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). At launch, Vanguards receive one month of the Legend tier free; afterward the account continues on the Free tier unless you choose a paid plan. There is no automatic recurring charge from the founding pass.
The founding pass is refundable any time before public launch — reply to your receipt or email hello@evulto.com. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Vanguard Pass (pre-launch). Available only before official launch and limited to the first 500 qualifying users. You qualify by either (a) a one-time $1.99 purchase, or (b) referring 3 people who create an account. Reward: one (1) month of Legend-tier access free, activated at launch, after which the account reverts to the Free tier with no automatic charge. The program ends at official launch or upon 500 claims, whichever occurs first.
In-app referral (post-launch). You may earn one (1) month of free Legend-tier access for each ten (10) qualifying referrals. A "qualifying referral" is a new user who downloads the app, creates an account, and is active (opens the app on at least three separate days within their first seven days). Self-referrals and duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or inactive accounts do not qualify and may result in forfeiture of rewards and/or account suspension. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not "lifetime".
Program changes. We may modify, suspend, or end any referral or promotional program, or its qualifying criteria and rewards, at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.
Don't abuse the service — including creating fake or automated signups, gaming referral rewards, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the app or its infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.
You're responsible for your account. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evulto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
